The experience at Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline was fantastic because Sean Garland went above and beyond in explaining everything. Although he was going to be on annual leave when I was due to collect the car he left me in the very capable hands of Paul the manager who dealt with some electronic paperwork and Tamara on day of collection. They all really displayed exceptional customer service and I would not hesitate to return to them or recommend them to family and friends. Thank you to a great team.
